God teaches us patience and trust
You ever have those days where nothing seems to be going right. Well today was one of those days.
I was suppose to get my phone today. They ask me to stay home and meet the delivery guy at the end of our driveway. This poor guy is afraid of our driveway so he told his boss that there was no entrance for him to drive up. I think this fellow needs to find another route to drive. Maybe a town route not a country route. " > To put the icing on the cake I am making my mother-in-law her birthday cupcakes for her and her friends; well I am discovering what happens to cupcakes when you add to much water to the batter. " > Oh, well you can always make new cupcakes. They will not go to waste with the group I have here. As for the phone the promise me that it should be delivered tomorrow. They are going to call me in the morning and let me know what time to be at the end of the driveway. Hopefully, this will happen.
I will chuckle about this day another time but right now I feel frustrated but I trust that tomorrow will be better.

A NEW BEGINNING
Well Spring is almost here and it is a fresh beginning for our lives here on the farm.
Both David and I have decided not to take a vacation this year but to enjoy the home and our farm that the Lord has given us. Even though it is not a very big farm we are thankful for being able to have chickens, sheep, turkeys , and being able to grow for the first time veggies for ourselves and family. " )
This blog now will become my journal of our new journey in life on our farm. I hope that you will enjoy our new journey on our little farm on the hill.
